Psychology professor Tomich to be recognized at conference

Kent State University at Trumbull’s Patricia Tomich, Ph.D., associate professor of psychology, will be recognized at the 20th Annual Celebrating College Teaching Conference on Oct. 25, 2013 at the Kent Student Center. The University Teaching Counsel’s annual conference focuses on the four pillars of a Kent State undergraduate curriculum — knowledge, insight, responsibility and engagement.

Tomich was nominated and recognized by a Kent State student as a faculty member who "made a difference in the life of a student."
The conference culminates with a reception to honor recipients of the Distinguished Teaching Awards and the Outstanding Teaching Awards and the wealth of teaching excellence at Kent State.

All conference events are free and open to all those who teach or support teaching at Kent State University.
