Victoria Migge, M.S., R.T. (R) (T)
I am the Program Director of the Radiation Therapy Program at the Kent State Salem Campus. I graduated from the Aultman Hospital School of Radiologic Technology in Canton, Ohio and the NEORAD School of radiation therapy in Hartville, Ohio. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Malone College and a Master of Science degree in Health service administration from St. Francis University in Jolliet, Illinois.
I was employed as a staff radiation therapist as well as an assistant supervisor at various hospitals in north east Ohio prior to becoming a program director at the Aultman Hospital School of Radiation Therapy. I joined Kent State University in 2006 to develop a new radiation therapy program and also became the program director.
My primary responsibilities as program director are to oversee the effectiveness of the program by coordinating the didactic and clinical components; evaluating the students’ progress; maintaining professional programmatic accreditation; advising and interviewing perspective students; chairing the advisory committee meeting.
My teaching responsibilities include the following courses: Principles & Practice of Radiation Therapy I, II, III, Radiation Therapy Physics I, II, III, Radiation Therapy Pathology I, II, Radiation Therapy Radiobiology, and Radiation Therapy Quality Management.
